10. Aiden O’Brien

Aiden O’Brien is a relatively young trainer (born in 1969), but he is known throughout the UK for his national hunt wins. He was also a jockey for a time. Now, he works mostly with training flat racing horses. O’Brien works for Ballydoyle stables.

9. Mick Channon

Mick Channon started out as an English soccer player. However, he has, since 1990, made his claim to fame by training horses. He has won the Dewhurst, Falmouth, Nunthorpe, Cheveley, and St. James’ Palace stakes. He has also won plenty of races outside of the UK.

8. Luca Cumani
